Stage One: Calorie Harmonisation.
The first stage in this program is to get your measurements recorded including bodyfat and also get your body used to a set amount of calories (your maintenance calories) and the corresponding ratios, which have been tailored specifically for you, our aim here is to also give your body all the macro nutrients it requires for you to function at 100% capacity. At this stage it's important not to change the foods you currently eat because after all your current diet is the one your happily living with. Start logging all your foods and check My Reports, from here you can see where you need to make changes. I recommend you initially log your last meal first then work back throughout the day, this way your not trying to restrict yourself at the end of the day. Experiment with logging foods you will happily stay on for life then this journey will not be a chore and cause you to fail. Don't worry if there are certain vitamins or minerals you are not getting enough of because you don't like the foods that contain them, you can take a supplement to fill your shortfalls, we don't want you to force feed yourself spinach to get a good dose of vitamin A if you can get this in a supplement. Stay on this stage for 2 to 4 weeks to let your brain know it is going to be getting fuelled adequately.
